When it's dark between 23-2 go get a hooker scare her then put her door against a wall get out and kill her then you basically drive in your garage duplicate a car drive out and drive back in then repeat. Hope this helps

Yeah but it does not let you drive out of the garage that is why people cant do it.

I just did this 5 minutes ago and I can drive out the garage perfectly fine!
