I recently got into an XP lobby that was held in free for all, but it required me to get kills to get XP (60k) and it put me to like 70,000 in the world for free for all with only a couple hundred kills. Even though the game is 3 years old should I be worried about getting banned or deranked? This is my first lobby on MW3 and I don't know how well the leaderboards are watched by IW.

You shouldnt get to worked up about it, they dont always notice some of these things.. But there still is the chance.

Nah bro you should be fine dont worry, there is a chance that you can get banned but I used to host when it was really popular and I still havent been banned on my main account So nah you shouldn't worry !

my account got suspended for 2 weeks for getting into a mw3 xp lobby that didnt have a ban bypass. so the most you could probably get is a 2 week suspension

There is always a chance of getting banned on any game when it comes to modding. There is a small chance of a ban but If I was you, I wouldn't worry.
