Mw2 TU8 Mod Menu Download Problem

Each time i download a tu8 mod menu it downloads to my computer as a .rar with notepad and a bunch of random numbers and symbols in it. It doesn't come with the .xex or anything i need. How can i get a full tu8 mod menu with everything i need to put on my jtag and boot up a tu8 mod menu?

You realize that .rar is basically a folder. You need to install winrar so you can extract the files from the folder.

You have a jtag/rgh and don't no what a RAR file is FML.

You need WinRAR to extract the files and I recommend using RTE tools, not patches for MW3.
