I need to get back to iOS 7, because iOS 8 is too buggy!
I need to keep all my stuff on my phone though... Any way to do it?

Have you tried backing up your device?..
Not 100% if it would work with a downgrade, but I dont see why it wouldnt.

You firstly made a huge mistake by not backing up your phone before illegaly upgrading your iPhone to iOS 8.
If you wanted to legitimately do it, you would need to purchase an Apple Developer account, and register your UDID there, and from there on you would find Apple's instructions on doing so.
At the moment, you are stuck unless you manually transfer your photos, contacts etc. to your laptop/pc.
