I decided to do a single player tournament on world cup mode as i have ran out of live and i have currently reached the final. However when i try and advance into the game this message appears.
'There was an error creating your game session. Please try again.'
Is there a way anyone would be able to help me resolve this issue? I would appreciate it

Try clearing the cache on your xbox, always seems to work for me when there is a stupid error on fifa.

for xbox one:
1. Power down your console
2. Unplug the power cable from the back of the console.
3. Wait for about 2 minutes
4. Plug the power cable into the back of the console
5.Wait for the power brick to go from a white light to an orange light
6. Turn the power on.

Refresh your MAC address It happened to me but I messaged ea and they told me to tell Xbox.
When I was in a chat with them they sorted it out for me really fast I would tell you how to do it but I forgot
