I'm pretty sure it's been fixed for a while now, and I wouldn't download any tweaks or updates from the repo for a day or two.

I like to get my news from an official iDevice news source.

Like the article says, I advise not to download any tweaks from the official repo, or the hacked version.
I've been making iOS apps for 4 years, and jailbreak tweaks for 2, I know what I am talking about.
Although the chances of ruining your device by contracting some type of malware is slim-to-none I would strongly recommend not trying it.
