So I want to upgrade my CPU and I want to know if when i take out the one I have and put the new one in do I have to install drivers for it or will the Intel drivers recognize it and it will just be like plug and play...

Thanks for the help guys and I will be giving whoever can help me out some rep thanks again.

Nope, you'll pop one CPU out and then pop a new one in. The BIOS may ask to recover any settings you've changed, otherwise you're good to go.
