He is completely right, except for Kog'Maw (imo). And i would say that if you want to try someone mid that is pretty fun, i would say Twisted Fate. He may not be one of the best Mid Laners at the moment, but he is a great pusher and i think fits into most team comps.

Honestly, in my opinion the lucian modification was more of a buff and alot of people think it was too because now you can dodge alot more skillshots alot more often and are overall more mobile with more catch and chase potential.
