I don't understand... What do you mean 'it loads into fsd 3'? Like do you actually see the f3 dashboard or not?

You need to set it as the default file in dashlaunch. Do this
1. Go to dashlaunch
2. Go to the 'path' section
3. press on the default option
4. browse for Fsd's .xex
5. press rb and save your launch.ini
6. reboot

For games? That's not too hard. Here's what you'll want to do.
Go to...
1. Settings
2. Content Settings
3. Manage Game Paths
4. Press Y
5. Press Change Path
6. Browse to where all your games are kept, and press Y to select the directory.
7. Press x to save
8. Reboot, and you're golden.
