What's the fastest way to unlock car upgrades? And also what's the fastest way to level up? Your tips are greatly appreciated and if you wanna play msg:NSL Vest on xbox

Quickest way to get car upgrades is to have a mate and do the race called "Criminal Records" and quickest way to get Rp is to do the mission "Rooftop Rumble".
Might be quicker ways though, not sure.
