Whats the best way to setup an MW3 xp lobby?

Best way to do an XP lobby is with CoD public R*** tool.
Here's what to do:
1. pre-lobby, enable force host.
2. set xp at 27500 (You may be able to set higher, but if I set it higher it bugs out on me)
3. Turn on the XP RIGHT when you first see the picture of the map loading and you should see green text in the lower lefthand corner of your scree.
REMEMBER***
XP will only stick if there is a host migration mid-game!
