xbox slim hotswapping problems

Im beginning to think it is impossible to hotswap on my slim ive tried everything and anything and the games will not load or the disc will stop spinning when I swap to the iso ive made brand new ISOs so that the discs were clean and not scratched it is literally impossible on my xbox I used to do them on my old elite until the drive went bad. if anyone knows how to fix this problem your advice would greatly appreciated. Thanks

Before you click Install, wait until the drive turns off and the disc stops spinning. Then swap discs and click install.

Just get your Xbox flashed
It will save you a lot of time and hassle and also you wont have to mess about with strpping your Xbox apart
