I'm not doubting you for a second, but I thought that you could edit peoples stats for these games in-game/ In lobby if you were online. This is what youtube has told me. (Specifically xXmoddedwarfareXx)

I think you have to make a recovery for it... However, you can do XP lobbies, you just need to be host. That's the closest you'll get without a recovery.

How would you do the recovery? Is it as simple as connection the jtag online with the recovered account on it, then doing the mods? I know with MW2 tools you can do all that in lobby/game. This could be different waters though.

Well, you do the same thing, just with their account.
The only thing is you don't have to be online on MW2 for the recovery to work.

what you are talking about is all client stats, and from what i've heard its possible on all cods but no one is willing to figure out how to do it and just release it for free. so if someone does come out with it for mw3 and bo1 they will probably be selling it. mygamerzcrew already found out how to do unlock all for all clients in a lobby so it is possible but just difficult.

Alright, Thanks for clearing that up for me. I just thought since you can get the client Ids you could just poke the stats to them

Wrong you can do it the same way ghosts was done.

It's just no one has released a program to do it.
