Im Planning on buying a RGH/JTAG But im new to all this i know bits and bobs about Key volts and XBL Stealth but i just need to know what Console to get, What im trying to say is Money is not a problem what is the best i can get. im willing to +Rep the person that helps me. Thank you.

Yeah, a Trinity's the way to go. Just do a LOT of research before you buy. Countless people spend hundreds of dollars on nice JTAGS / RGHS and give up on them and sell them. They're not hard to work, but just be prepared for problems to occur.
