Sorry but you will not find any decent staff members this way, you want to advertise your server and get just one staff member for the time being, then once the server is up and running, wait a week, and select one or two members to rank, don't trust someone who says they are helpful to be your developer, this way your server is just going to die within a week. Good luck though!
