Its actually really easy, in photoshop there is a curved rectangle tool

This tool is in most every Adobe program.

@OP: This is quite easy to do in the programs that have this tool. It's basically a shape tool that molds to that rounded rectangle. Hope I helped.

With it being really easy you could actually learn to do it yourself and achieve something

Rounded Rectangle Shape
Clip mask a background
Add text
Save as PNG
