so i called rockstar and they said that its a community ban that after so many complaints you'll be mic banned (from gamechat only). and the more complaints recieved the longer the ban therefore when i go into random online sessions and the randoms who report people for everything that they can on the list just for griefing which is what i was doing (blowing up peoples cars) but i was reported for offensive language for nothing so yea.

That's the only thing people can file a complaint on because some of them freeze when they try to file a in game complaint on someone else
