That just ruined my day. What i dont understand is even after running the elderly man over did that man really get out of his car to see if there were any marks, scratches, or even blood on his car, and then let the poor old man in pain in the middle of the road. Where is his heart at? Old people tend to get angry and lecture, he should of just let him vent and ignored what the old man had to say instead trying to run the man down. :facepalm:

It's not required to have a dash cam or for it to be rolling at all times, just dash cams are used a lot in Russia because some people try to jump in front of cars for insurance claims and some of the roads and highways aren't the safest out there, where some people might try to bride you for money who are pretending to be an officer, stuff like that.

yea i seen that too, but before anyway says someone could have been in the ambulance well it wasn't serious enough to put sirens on so it not serious enough to drive away from another injured person
