I'm trying to connect "Public Rape Tool v3" to my RGH but it wont let me! I have Xbox Neighborhood setup to the RGH and its set as default, If someone could help me out I'd LOVE YOU

Im having the same exact error i have all my plugins set firewall disabled blah blah blah it just wont work no matter what i do.... can anyone help?

Your plug ins aren't right. In the one I have the read me says this.
