Ok so i have mw2 and the Ikonrois folder .Inside it has Defualt_mp.xex
Nd Ikronroi.menu i press "Defualt_mp.xex" and it just starts restarting over and over again

Try downloading a different I konroi link.

make sure its pasted into the mw2 game folder

paste the default_mp.xex and the ikonroi.menu in the mw2 folder and make sure ALL other mods are cleared from the folder from that launch the default_mp.xex
