It will mainly be used for playing steam games and Minecraft. Games like DayZ, and Rust and whatever else i like. Would this build be good for that kind of stuff?

Its a decent build for the first time. Don't forgot you still need a OS, which is like anther $100 or if your using Linux which is free then never mind. What is your budget if you have one, I might be able to help you build the best one for your money.
