Hello TTG,
Well I am fairly new to this and I want to start getting in to J tagging. I just need a little help getting started. I just want to know what the difference is between
J Tagging/RGH/Falcon/Xenon/Etc.
Also where would I purchase this at? and what is the best in your opinion?
I want to be able to mod all games, gamertag everything.
Anything will help thanks.

Falcon and Xenon are the names of motherboards.
Both the Jtag and RGH can do the same thing, they both can run unsigned code.
The motherboard types:
Xenon
Zephyr
Falcon
Opus (Never heard of but it is out their somewhere)
Jasper
Trinity
Corona
(I may have spelled some wrong or missed a few but these are the most common besides Opus, you prob wont see that to much)

Falcons and Xenons are types of JTAGS. It goes:
RGH > Trinity > Corona
JTAG > Jasper > Falcon > Zephyr > Xenon etc.
The different names are just different motherboards. RGHs are far more reliable being they're new models.
You can purchase them right here on TTG in the "Xbox 360 marketplace" tab. I recommend PhoenixMods as he has the cheapest prices and the best consoles.
Best is a RGH Corona or Trinity really. It doesn't matter too much, but I have heard that Corona's have faster boot times.
Good luck! Remember though, this stuff isn't cheap. Take into consideration how much (insert stealth servers name here) costs and how much new KVs cost. It's expensive to mod.
