Is 290 pounds cheap there for an Xbox One?? 290 Pounds is 500 bucks here... 500 for a brand new XB1

When I was 14, I was getting payed £4 an hour. At 16(before I quit), I was getting £3.79. Some of my 17 and 18 year old friends are getting payed anywhere between £5.50 and £6.20 and people that I know over the age of 21 are on an hourly rate of anywhere between £6.45 and £7.50.
Wages are obviously going to be entirely different depending on your job and place of employment. Once you're 18 in the UK, you can apply for JSA(Job Seeker's Allowance) which means that you are payed around £75 per week if you're finding it difficult to find employment. You can also apply for income support at 16 if you're unable to work or are a parent and income support pays you £55 per week. I'd prefer not to tell you how much my weekly wage was before I quit but I'd have been better off on JSA. So, the wages in the UK are pretty poor unless you're on annual salary.
