The unlock all is a tricky one, as its the most highly demanded option, everyone is trying to do it at the same time, and there is no way to tell who has completed it and who hasnt. We set a limit on the number of people allowed to do unlock all to prevent our server from crashing. We are working on a way round this though, Possibly restricting who can join the game, so only people who have posted there GT can join. Anyway, its something we are looking in to and we hope to have it sorted in the next week or so. We will of course post an update when we have dealt with this issue.
