For the sole purpose of selling your items in a game so they can make money.
My steam got hacked and that's all they've done, I'm expecting over a week to get my account back thanks to Steams "amazing support" response.
Screw these people why cant they get damned jobs?
ITT: Hackers being annoying and hateful.

Steam is doing their job to clean up your mess.
Most topics made with the fact "hackers got to them" in reality gave the person the account info and then got screwed and then turn right around and blame the people that are helping them because they don't get to get back on their account as fast as they wanted to.
Steam will get your account back, just be patient and learn from this.

Word of advice, "QWERTY" and "Password" are bad passwords.

It's pathetic when people do this to others. If they have the ability to hack, you'd think they'd have good money for having such skills, guess not.

You dint get hacked, you was just stupid enough to give your email and password away.
To be honest, "hackers" who get passwords are not the smartest people. A simple phishing email can be set up withing an hour and gather plenty of accounts.
Just think yourself lucky that they dint get anything else.
