I mean your entire Launch.ini configuration. some settings like Xhttp block LiNK connections. If you just post or PM me your configuration i'll have a look through and see if its anything to do with your dashlaunch

I also believe you need to be on the latest dash (16756) for this to work. It wouldn't work for me if my dash was outdated.

Okay I fixed it. Went into the system link setting and it turns out pingpatch was off. I guess it reset itself when I downloaded the new title update. Thanks a lot guys.
