iTwerks wrote Actually, it is the opposite. It is getting cheaper to RGH and KV's were like $90+ and now they're $15-20. People still do enjoy lobbies, and it still is possible to mod up to BO2, however you shouldn't buy a RGH for money, since you won't break even with it, but you should buy it for the experience and fun.

im sorry i just disagree with everything you said above. It is possible to to make a profit just matters what you host.

BO1 is pretty easy now.
Mw3 Is pretty easy
Mw2 Easiest
Bo2 just need a bypass
Ghosts idk but some people have tools not that hartde.
GTA5 Money nd rp mods still work. as of 7/25/2014
People still pay for lobbies.

Ive been modding for 2-3 years now and. Ive made profit. Just takes time. You wont make money on ttg so its good to branch out a little. but is fun and you do learn a lot of stuff from it.

How do you ask people for money since you can't on here? Do you own a website? And I will be getting stealth with A BO2 bypass. But I am just wondering how you make money since you can't advertise lobbies for money on here.

Host free lobbies, get community reputation, and get trust of people, then people will come to you and ask. I've had people ask if they could have a recovery. I never advertised.

Good tip thanks. And you're right, how would people trust me with their money if I don't have a good reputation? Thanks.

Of course it is. The community has went from actually modding to basically just cheating on CoD. It isn't going to change without 'members' actually doing anything.

2011 and before was the last good times I have ever had. But now that we have servers and more people able to create tools, money has became one of the biggest factors.

Though it was big back then, just not as popular.

If you were to buy an RGH don't it's not worth it little kids they will pay they don't ghosts is hard to bypass unless you have a bypass which is really good, BO2 easy but it all costs money i spent more than $500 spending stealth and KVs and on the down side i lost my favourite account on my retail it got perma banned and i cant get it back, something so important. Also you will probably get scammed half these hackers will scam you little kids will pretend to say they have a jtag when they don't they want ms points i regret so much that i mod i wish i had never did it. I'm going to sell my whole setup my 50'' my two xbox's with like 50 games my headset for like 1000 cause i wanna get into PC gaming.(It does seem a lot if somebody don't buy it i will put the price down.)

My option is back in the old days people made patches and released them for free and let other people use them to host with. Now it all about money or cracking or ratting. Every time I come TTG I always see the same thing, there one guy with a few posts trying to RAT some one then there a guy trying to sell a ghosts or bo2 ban bypass and then there anther leaking some one hard work because he a L33T H4XORZ and he can use de 4 dot and net reflector. This is what pushed me away anyways. before I use to love making tools/menus for TTG but now I only make personal tools.

So is it not a good choice to buy one anymore?

I know it cost a lot and stuff, but about your account isn't that your fault? When you were on your rgh did you use your main account to host or do whatever? Or did you use a dummy account?

Even if a rgh could not go online i would say it is still worth geting in my opinion. I personally would only mod offline and install some games before release if they get leaked. and run emulators and all that other cool stuff.

Yeah, it is capable of so much but but I guess it's a risk to buy, not sure though.

The real reason its going down so slowly is because the community that wants all these mods thinks all this is free and wont pay but were these free online files are out i think alot of the modders are coming back online "Like me"
So guys why this is still out use it as much as possible
And if someone needs the offline files add me on skype cause if someone will help me with this game rip ill tell you how to set it up

Depends what you want it for i personally will be getting one to replace me retail xbox. since i never go online with it. I have a xbox one for that. Just would be nice to be able to do abit of modding homebrew and no disks for games .
