it tells you exactly whats wrong. the project is looking for a file called dll_load in the Xbox360 directory

Get the Dll_load file whatever it is and put it in the Xbox360 Directory.

No, you have to uninstall Neighborhood and reinstall it and be sure to SELECT FULL ISNTALL!
