I have changed my kv two times and I have algo changed two times the profile... I think that they banned me my IP or my Mac Address . Anyone know how to do change it??

You would need to use a BO2 ban bypass to go online bro.

OMG, You are thinking that im a noob... Of course I was using a **** bypass, and is a good bypass. But now is saying me all the time that my console device is banned... And I Changed my kv 3 times and 3 times the profile, I think they banned me the Mac address...

doubt they banned your mac.
just your ip.
change your router mac and it wll change internal ip and external. and try again and let us know

How to change my IP? I have a static IP... and if I reboot my rooter the ip doesnt change...

You could always use a VPN as then it would unban you and let you back on also no bypass is perfect and works all the time most of them are a 50/50 chance.

set your ip settings to dhcp auto ip not static and problems will not occur
