Jailbreaking my 5s and have two questions, one being is pangu reliable?
Other is I know you can get free add ons for certain games, would this work for Game of war fire age and League of War? Thanks.

Also, any recommended tweaks etc.?

I used Pangu, it works and yes, its reliable

Yes, download LocalAppStore, please keep in mind, it don't work on some apps.

"Good" Tweaks is really dependant on what you're looking for, personally I use:
Auxo 2
BetterPowerDown
Bloard
customLS
Cylinder
Eclipse
LocalIAPStore
Nitrous
Winterboard
Zeppelin

Look up youtube videos of recent tweaks and see what you'd like to install.

Yes.

As for the free in app purchases on those games, no. Those are sever sided games and therefore would not allow you to use LocaliAPStore or what not.
