I don't know where to post this. I had just got done cleaning up some soldering after wire installing a demon on a corona v1. Granted it looks sloppy but I made sure there were no shorts. I only have the demon installed at the moment and it was working fine, until I moved to another room and put the motherboard into its metal housing. I noticed this time when I plugged in the console the blue LED on the demon external PCB did not light up but as normal the demon nand was selected. I know this because there is nothing on it and when I try to turn it on nothing happens. So I switched to the stock nand and turned it on. Immediately the fan is moving at full 12v and 5 full seconds later, about the time for it to star turning on, the light goes red. There is no error message on the screen. The tv notices there is an input but it is blank it just pops up 720p, but that is just the tv recognizing what is being put into it. So I desoldering everything from the motherboard and it is still happening! Please don't ask for any install pics as that is not what the problem is. Is it a "ground" problem as some say or is it a problem with the power supply as others might say? I don't have another power supply to test. Oh and the power brick light stays green. When the console is off the brick is orange and then when I turn it on the brick is green and stays green even with the red dot.

Forgive me if this isn't the right forum.

The console is a Special Edition Star Wars slim with a Corona V1 MoBo.

If I hold the power button, the rol does it's little slow thing but as soon as it does the final flash the center light turns red. The last time I was using it it messed up and went to the initial setup when I clicked system settings from the guide. The initial setup had no words it just had an A button the controller and a place to scroll but no words. Could the original nand be corrupted. When I checked the solder points before this happed I fixed a small sliver of solder would that cause the nand to be corrupted, but that wouldn't explain why the demons external PCB LED light doesn't light up anymore. I can still use the external PCB to change the nand but the light doesn't light up, yes it is grounded. Some people say this could be a "ground-fault" I have no idea please help. Any suggestions appreciated. I will leave it unplugged for the rest of the night and try again in the morning.

Thank you all in advance!

EDIT - I couldn't resist I tinkered with it one last time for the night. I soldered in the demon again an hook it all up. As expected the led di not light up. I made sure the ribbon cable was snug when I put it in so it's not that. I have the external PCB grounded to the metal housing of the xbox, but that hasn't changed and it was working fine before. But disregard the part about me being able to switch the nands from the PCB, I can only switch with the sync button. I won't have my CR3 lite until Monday or Tuesday.

LED light on the demon PCB started working again. I was kinda bummed about this so I just kept switching the nand over and over and I accidentally turned the xbox on while it was on the stock nand. It got farther this time there was an image on the screen and the rol started to do its thing but before it could finish everything went dark and red light.

Any help is appreciated, don't just look at the post.

EDIT - when I do this the fan will still spins at the full 12v, and no I have not modified any part of the fan

If you want a video, you need just ask

MAJOR UPDATE

I was finally able to get an error code. The error code is an E 72 does this have to do with the south bridge. I felt the south bridge and it is fairly warm. What do I need to do to fix it.

Google the error code or call Microsoft and tell them the code that'll help.
