Why can't you just start your own. Obviously no one is going to just give you a account. It doesn't work like that :/

No one is going to give you a free Clash of Clans account. Make your own and work on it. Why would someone give you a free account they spent a lot of time on? If you want a quality base you would have to pay for one and that's not allowed on this forum.
