personally i hope they dont, i would want to start fresh when i actually get the game although i could see it carrying over as it was seen as a perk for people pre-ordering the game (perhaps in order to get a head start)

No they are not :/ Its basically like what happens with Battlefield Betas, you stuff you earned gets reset. It makes it fair for everyone that way

The only thing that will be carrying over would be the things you earn in the 2pm Pacific time event.

I think it will carry over to the full game, if it doesn't I will be kind of upset.
