For anyone experiencing disconnection from xbox live it is due to the social and gaming services being limited

Yes, both consoles are having trouble managing friends and connecting to Xbox Live while playing a game.

Just to clarify to eveyone, by update they don't mean they are updating the dash in 30mins. They are updating people on the service alert every 30mins, they put that at the end of every service alert.
I've gotten a tons of Skype messages about this already.

I keep on being kicked offline whenever I start up a game.
