so my mate just bought a arcade and it was console banned so i said i will try and open it to see if any of the insides were messed with because under the hard drive area is a red wire that shouldnt be there and i cant get this off.

If it's console banned it's likely to have had a jtag or rgh installed previously u can either try and run xex menu on It (look on youtube) if you can buy a new kv if not to unban it you'll need to rgh or r - jtag it

its probably banned from not stealthing games when using the wasabi
