Which version of Pangu did you use? A lot of people had this problem with the older version.
Current version fixed it, heres the change log:

1.1.0
1. Add English support.
2. Optimize the file size.
3. Fix the boot loop bug.
4. Using new info leak bug instead of @i0n1c's
5. Add online self verification

The bug is pretty weird btw, and if this method doesn't work for you then I would just put it DFU-mode and restore it via iTunes.

But apparently the bootloop issue is being caused by the light sensor of the iOS device.
That means that the iOS devices seem to get into boot loop if in dark, and everything should go as planned if you point a flashlight above the light sensor.
Yep, you heard that right.

They have 'fixed' it now but from what I have heard, it still occur for some people. If you're still in the boot loop, try either one of these:

1. Place the light senser above the camera directly under a bright light i.e. a torch light and see if it turns on.
2. Plug headphones into the headphone slot when it is booting and see if it turns on.

If none of these work then you'll have to restore your iPad.

What I do is just hold power and home.

Get black screen.

Then power and home again until it turns back on to my lock screen.

You have to do it before it starts the loop I believe. B I have done it while it was looping and it worked.
