You could definitely get a better cpu for the price of the one you currently have selected.

I already have most components already on my PC but i need a new graphics card and fan for under 200 for both of them. I just want to know should i get the ram and graphics card in my build or the ones in solve's build?

that motherboard you have seems like overkill, and Solve's build is a LOT better
