How i beleve this happened i just downloaded xbox 360 neighborhood and with a jtaged console you need to put the xbdm plugin in the console via dash launch. i saved the launch .ini quit dashlaunch and re booted the console this is when i got the error. is there any way i can get the launch ini off the hdd? somone please help

You have 2 options.
1) press eject just after pressing the power button. This should boot the console normally without loading plug ins. But if not try option 2

2) If you have a USB. Put XeX Menu on and dashlaunch. from there disconnect the HDD boot the console. and set the launch.ini to be on the usb. then go from there
