When I load the dll into the mw2 folder nothing loads up. And yeah.. I know sorry...

Do you have the corresponding default_mp.xex to load the .dll?

If this is the Outbreak menu I did some google searching and found this video. It has the default_mp.xex in the description and a virus scan not sure though.
