Whenever I try going online with forza 4 mods or when I try to boot up gta v a pop up appears with fatal crash intercepted and then freezes my falcon rgh any help ?

Same thing happened to me on Mw2. Just delete the game and reinstall, worked for me.

I found a fix yesterday. You will need a USB configured.
1) plug your USB into your RGH.
2) go to settings, storage, and select your HDD.
3) go into demos, select xex menu 1.2 and copy it to your USB.
4) go to dashboard, my games, and there should be two xex 1.2 menus.
5) select the first xex menu (far left).
