Recenty i finished Monkey madness on my account.
I was told to go grab the experince from Daero. Supposedly i had taken the wrong option for the experience for my account.
I took the Def option i believe and now i'm 39 def. I also need to complete other quests that give me extra Def xp. I only want to reach 45 but is there anyway to salvage my account or is it completley ruined now?

Don't complete holy grail and you should be fine as that quest is optional.
