nobody knows for sure how to get this emblem i have every single challenge in the game completed and i am tenth prestige 70 and i do not have it.

you probably modded to get it. they may have some protection against modding for it, we'll see when somebody gets all the challenged legit.

IW messed something up in mw2 to get the spinning 10th emblem
