I'd say give it a day and if there is no response then start the process of getting your money back through the bank/paypal

They are asking me for a pic of myself and a pic of myself holding my id or passport..Well $102 of my birthday money down the drain and i dont know how to get money back

They think that its an unauthorized transaction because the payment is so big. prove your Identity to them.

I payed from paypal and the person on the 24/7 chat is saying this

Just show ur ID. If u used YOUR PP and it is in YOUR name you shud be fine.
