Im sure you could retrieve the world with USB and put it on your xbox one. If you are going to use the same account then you wont be able to use XBL because you will be banned. But if your going to use a different account make sure to change the ID for the profile on the save to your new profiles ID and console ID.

Download horizon then put your old world saves on a USB along with any save from your new profile then cut and paste the profile, console and device ids onto the old saves. The save and rehash the old saves and put them back on your USB.

Be sure to make a back up of everything since your new to this.
