Cox Communications was the best internet I have ever used, but then Suddenlink came into the area and took over. So sad. Tired of these internet monopolies. Most of these companies should be in every area. There should be choice and competition.

Verizon Fios, they are commonly rated as the best internet provider in the US.
Now they offer speeds of up to a half-gigabit down and up speeds. Its so much better than my old Comcast Blast package, they are an awful company.

Have the Blast from Xfinity.
Speedtest.net gives me a 55Mb download speed.
Customer Service is rough but it is with every company.

I'm about to switch from Time Warner Cable who, ironically is ranked as the [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] , to another who can provide a much better internet experience. Now, I know there are a load of factors that account into how your service is, including and mainly location. Our internet has been disconnecting randomly and just been unsatisfactory in general, not to mention, our house phone and cable disconnect periodically as well. I've attempted to research ISPs and due to the impact of advertising, I haven't been able to get the results I've been looking for. Every website tells me something different. In my city, there are no fiber optics to be found what-so-ever, so FiOS is a no-go. What I ask is for you to tell me who you would prefer to use as an Internet Service Provider overall, regarding service, steady connection, reliability, etc. If your ISP isn't found above, please reply with the name for me so I can look into it.
Thanks, Jeremiah
I also have TWC. I don't have many problems with it either. Maybe it just depends on the package you get. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

BrighthouseNetworks internet is absolutely amazing. I have the 90 down 10 up plan and I love it so far! They are great with support and easy to talk to on the phone to help you.
