How can anyone tell just by the make of the laptop?

How about post what graphics it has, processor? ram? Once you find that out all you'd have to do is look at the game requirements. I guess some people are too lazy and want others to do it for them.

You haven't told us much about the Laptop, we don't know what the guy mentioned above, but if it's a standard one from the store then maybe but might lag.
