No they will not care if you prestige twice in a day. Dude on my friends list got prestige master in less than 2 days played form bot lobbys

i got reset twice by treyarch so be careful when doing bot lobbies. wasnt too long ago when i was reset and after you get banned twice the take away the privilege of using the permanent unlock/prestige tokens -speaking from experience-
