Its probably best you leave it that way unless you want people constantly complaining about your mic blaring background noises.

Nahh i wont it like that also xbox one kinect's are so much better they only do that if you sit far away but im very close?

You can't use the Kinect for game chat on Ghosts. I am not really sure why either but the game doesn't support it.

You will have to use party chat while playing ghosts in order to talk to players/friends.
