You recently flash your nand? Change your KV?

You most likely need to patch your new/current nand with the correct OSIG for your DVD drive and correct DVD key.

I updated my NAND a few weeks ago and my DVD drive was working then, it just started not reading last night. Any tuts on what your telling me I should do? Or should I just redo another NAND update? I'm just praying that I don't need another drive

So be very clear here then, because depending on your situation the answer could be different.

Fact: Your drive was working before updating your nand.

So, was it working since you updated it? As in, did it work at least once since updating your nand?

If yes, it has worked then you have a DVD drive issue and may need a new laser or drive.

If no, then it's a nand issue and you need to get your original DVD key and OSIG patched back into your nand image.

it has worked since I've updated my NAND, so I guess I'm stuck with needing a new drive stupid jasper

Or you accidentally changed the DVD key while creating the new NAND.
Or you need the avatar and kinect files.
Or your dvd drive isn't plugged in all the way.
Also, when I had this problem it turned out being the disc drive wasn't plugged in all the way.

No, but what games are you trying to play? You may need to install the new avatar and kinect files.
