Play Hardcore tdm thats what i did to get all my snipers gold. Or use a ACOG and just run around

use tac insertion well if you want try to spawn trap

Be a camper, sit with it at the back with a silencer on hardcore, no-one will look in some spots and it can get you an easy 5 kill streak
